These work experiences are backed by a PhD, Masters between educational technology, ccurriculums and teaching method and quality standards. As well as, two diplomas studies in education.
Ph.D. of Education (Instructional Technology), 2013, Educational Studies Institute - Cairo University, with a Recommendation to Publish and Exchange between the Universities, appreciated the "Effectiveness of E-Training Program Based on the Constructive Approach in Professional Development for Arabic Teachers for Non-Arabic Speakers in the Light of Quality Standards".
Master of Education (Educational Technology), 2009, Educational Studies Institute - Cairo University, Degree Excellent, appreciated the "Electronic Program of Arabic Course for The Development of Reading Comprehension of Secondary School Students in the Light of Quality Standards E-learning.
Since 2009 I have been working with national authority for quality assurance and accreditation of education (NAQAAE) external auditor, researcher and expert in standards, technical officer member and designer and trainer of training programs.
As well as, I provided technical supervision of the project to enhance the quality of education in the areas most in need with some non-governmental organization (NGO).

Professional development quality through the Internet - future vision towards developing Arabic language teacher for non-Arabic speakers performance (BOOK)
This book deals with points of great importance in the field of professional development online for teachers of Arabic for non-Arabic speakers, where the book consisted of three main sections:
- section 1 deals with the professional development standards of online teachers and their various methods, especially e-training.
- section 2 deals with online professional development design principles based on learning theories, some e-learning / training design models were reviewed, and given the specificity and nature of professional development provided a suggested model for the professional development of online teachers.
- The third section dealt with the specifications (competencies) of the Arabic language teacher for non-native speakers, and his professional needs through analyzing the reality of professional development provided to the Arabic language teacher .
The book addresses the theoretical and applied aspects in an integrated manner based on the results of research and contemporary studies in professional development via the Internet and its design, as well as illustrates many concepts, principles and methods.
This book is the first integrated Arabic reference in this new field of teacher performance development online.
