Professional Activities

  • Participation in Enhancement of the Egyptian Dual System (EEDS) project as follows:
    • Participated in the development of the first training modules:
      • TDS-MO1 (2 Days) Main Principles and Aims of Dual Education and Training System (DETS) (Schools’ Teachers and in-Company Trainers).
      • MDS-MO1 (2 Days) Main Principles and Aims of DETS (School Managers, RUDS Staff and Managers).
    • Participated in the development of the second training module:
      • ST-MO2 (3 Days) Main Principles of Teaching Practice in 21st Century Dual Education
    • Conduct the training sessions (with the support provided by NSTEs) 13 training sessions with the number of 300 trainees
  • Studying the requirements of applying ISO 29990 standards in the training centers of PVTD.
  • Planning and organizing the implementation of a training program entitled "Integrated Quality Management Systems" for the leadership of the training centers of the Ministry of Manpower and Immigration and the Ministry of Housing.
  • Designing a quality assurance system for TVET2 program according to ISO 9001 standards.
  • Leading a technical committees of quality experts and technical education experts in the Ministry of Education and implement package of activities of the quality assurance system according to NAQAAE standards by (162) experts from the field as following:
    • Quality Assurance System manual in Technical Education Schools:
    • The First Part: Guide of Quality and Training Unit
    • The Second Part: Guide of using Statistical Data Collection Tools and analyzing it electronically

    • Implement at least 100 workshops and Train all quality officers (1800) in all governorates on basics of quality in Technical Education Schools.
    • Screening 850 TSS and collecting statistic data to assess the current situation.

  • Evaluation of 10 training centers, including 6 centers for Ministry of Man Power and Immigration, and 4 centers for Ministry of Housing
  • Participate in evaluating the technical offers of the advanced companies in 3 tenders of TVET II.
  • Participate in the preparation of the frame of reference for some tenders in TVET II.
  • Providing quality consultancy for the Egyptian University for e-learning during the year 2013 and until now.
  • Designing the activities plan of the technical office of the head of the NAQAAE for the year 2013-2014.
  • Participate in the design of the quality assurance tools of the internal performance of NAQAAE.
  • Participate in the development of external audit data collection tools and the audit report for basic education and secondary education.
  • Participate in the design of tools to evaluate the continuous performance of institutions of pre-university education.
  • Providing technical support to the Institute of Environmental Studies at Sadat University to obtain ISO 9001 certification.
  • Providing  Educational Institution’s to , " Wahed min Elnas " and " nebny " association and the technical supervision of the project to enhance the quality of education in the areas most in need , in some schools facility Nasser, and Shubra on teaching skills and active learning strategies.
  • Build and implement a program to create the master's and doctoral students, and the support of many researchers in the following areas: Arabic language and literature, and technology education, history, and curriculum and methods of teaching the Arabic language, and the curricula and methods of teaching Islamic education.
  • Provide technical support to ensure the quality of education for many of the pre-university education schools and private language and capacity building of teachers to effective activate learning strategies.
